Yummy Mummy Saturday: Johnson's Baby Oil Gel
Make-up and Hair by BlushPretty
What's good for baby is good for you ...
If you've recently had a baby and are battling that slow march back to shedding the weight and toning up, you have probably noticed that your skin is often dry and itchy as it makes the transition with you. You probably feel the tight and itchy skin around your waistline, the hips, and around the thighs.
Take a tip from your baby and condition your skin with this simple and easy trick using Johnson's Baby Oil Gel. Fresh out of the shower, skip the towel. Instead, wrap up your hair to get it out of the way and rub on a generous amount of Johnson's Baby Oil Gel, concentrating on where you need it most. Massage the oil into the skin, wrap yourself up in your bathrobe and just take some time to sit around, letting the oil sink in (it usually takes a good ten to fifteen minutes to lose that slick feeling). Viola. It's that easy. You don't have to do this trick forever, but try it when you have the time and when you feel your skin can use the extra hydration.
I did this three days in a row and by the end of the first day, my skin felt silkier and healthier. Bonus: my hands even looked younger from constantly rubbing in the oil (see my Yummy Mummy Post about hands).
Johnson's Baby Oil Gel With Aloe Vera and Vitamin E seals in moisture relieving dry patches and leaving the skin glowing. While you can use regular baby oil for the same effect, the gel is so much more convenient and less mess ... after all, with a baby around, you have enough mess to clean!

I'm definitely going to try this tip! My skin has been so itchy lately from the heat (-) humidifier. Thanks!
