Well, Hello 2023!

It’s a new year, with new beginnings. What I just typed was NOT original … but it is true. There is something about the start of the new year that makes you want to start over. Start fresh. Start something.

In 2021 … and in 2020 too … I really wanted to expand on BlushPretty and introduce an online shop with a coordinating boutique set up at our Whitby Studio. And I did. I went through all the steps : I asked my web designer to design the shop, I ordered inventory and created price lists, and I even started posting about it on social media. It started to work … for a bit : I did get orders online and clients coming in did peruse and purchase from time to time, but like everything once shiny and new, it slowed down. And so did I.

But slowing down … at least to me … doesn’t mean stop.

I’m willing to ramp up and try again. And so, here we are, at the start of 2023 and I have been PREPARING for this.  I had spent most of last quarter of 2022 rejigging, brainstorming, consulting with professionals, and rejigging some more … to reintroduce to you our little but mighty beauty boutique! Stocked with new brands but maintaining the same energy of being focused on female powdered, sustainable, and when possible, local … you can now shop beauty and skincare and BlushPretty.
