Elate Refresh can be applied with the fingers for a sheer tint, or with a foundation brush or sponge for a medium finish. It contains bamboo stem to promote elasticity and hyaluronic acid to hydrate - perfect for the “your skin but better” look!

I suggest pairing it with Elate’s Prep Primer for the best results.
